A large organization has vast manpower and staff, in this manner each usually handles one tasks at a times whereas small organization has a few number of manpower and staff, in this manner each are asks to handle more than tasks.

The best journalist recognizes their role as the servants of the people. They use their skills in writing to improve the life of other people with the help of the information that they share to the public. They also are the voices of the voiceless and most of them defend the rights of ordinary people. Information is important to increase one's knowledge. In this manner, journalists carefully gather up relevant information so that they can share it to the public.

They ought to also need to build up certain skills and special qualities to become a successful journalist because having a desire is not enough.
