Women's fiction novels are usually confused with women's writing by most readers. Women novels are meant to describe the life and experiences of a female protagonist. On the other hand, women's writing describes literature that is authored or promoted by a female. Writing a women's fiction book requires one to consider a few aspects. Here are a few guidelines for becoming a better womens fiction writer to think through.

Settle on the type of novel to write. You can decide to write short or long literature depending on what you love. Long writing can include multiple genres since they have a lot of topics to cover. Short writing usually focuses on a single genre and are written for blogs, newspaper articles, and magazine articles as well.

Make a description of your protagonist. The character of your protagonist is supposed to be expressed in the first few paragraph and topic. You can start by showing a little bit of her character and then roll the rest as you build up the plot. Your readers should feel a connection with the main character by expressing her fears, vulnerability, feelings, and thoughts. Start by expressing warmth toward her to set off the plot in a positive mood.

Describe your setting. Consider different kinds of settings based on your content. This includes contemporary, Victorian age, present history, and suburb and village settings. You can as well focus on a specific setting such as an apartment, a mansion or a village house that describe the actual habits of the character. You can express her as a neat person, clumsy, a loner or an outgoing person. Make sure that the habits are renowned in your first few topics or paragraph.

Show the key relationship. Involving your female protagonist around a male r contributes a lot to your novel. There are a lot of aspects that you can focus on while expressing the relationship between a female protagonist and a male character. This includes characters such as supportive, competitive, the jealous type and many other characters. Also, describe a life-changing event that occurred to the protagonist leading to behavior change.

Create a balance between different situations. A good novel is supposed to have suspense, humor and a saddening situation as well. Avoid putting a lot of emphasis on one situation ending up making the intention appear dull. You should also express these situations in different topics to avoid show a significant difference between them. You can include suspense at the end of every topic to lure the reader to continue reading.

Show the emotion of the protagonist in unexpected settings. You can use the feelings, thoughts, and believes of your protagonist to create a twist. Such can be expressed when you include an unexpected behavior or reaction in the most unexpected setting. This consists of an emotional outburst or excitement in an environment such as a dinner, public gathering or during a conversation. A male character usually influences the behavior.

Consider your ending. The ending that you choose can spoil the whole novel or make it interesting as well. You can decide to end it as a twist, in a happy ending, a long view ending or in an unresolved way. Happy endings are usually the best since they resolve the suspense that is created throughout the plot. It is most suitable for a horror story or a true story.
