So, have them shortlisted as soon as possible. These cuts are not things that you should be delaying just because you like to.

Also, they must be open to any test that you have in mind. If they cannot be that available to you, then you would just have to look for much better options. Thus, continue expanding the search that you have. Make use of all the sources that can be made available for you.

If they are good editors, then that is another reason for you to put them under your employment. Actually, you would just have to settle for people who truly know what they are doing. As you can see, at the end of the day, it all comes down to experience. So, never take that detail for granted.

If they can be very creative at times, then you actually have no reason not to hire them. Ideas are what will run the commercials that you are making. So, have as much as them during your brainstorming sessions.

Now, if they are very committed to meeting all of your deadlines, then have them sign a contract with you as soon as possible. Take note that you work in a high paced environment. If your chosen people are not as fast as you, then there can certainly be a great problem in that. Thus, do not let that awful scenario happen to you.

Overall, you need to hold your standards as high as you can. If you will be successful in doing that, then the best outlet could all be yours. You will have peace of mind and there is nothing more precious than that.
